Prominent Lagosians have been paying glowing tributes to the former Lagos Island Local Government Chairman and former Commissioner of Sports, Ademola Adeniji-Adele who died on Wednesday after brief illness.
He was aged 60 years.
According to his son, Sultan, Prince Adenji Adele passed on at about 6 am Nigerian time in an Indian Hospital today.
Prince Adeniji-Adele served as a Deputy Gubernatorial candidate under the Peoples Democratic Party, before joining the All Progressives Congress where he remained as an active member before his death.
